Annual General Meeting 18th October 2025

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Melbourne International Shooting Club is to be held on Saturday 18th October 2025 starting at 1:00pm.  The meeting will be held at the clubrooms, located at 120 Todd Road Port Melbourne Victoria 3207.  

 

A member desiring to bring any business before the meeting shall give notice of that business in writing to the Secretary. Said notice must be seconded by another member and should be received by the Secretary no later than midnight Monday, 22 September 2025. 

 

Nominations of candidates for the election as Executives of the Club or as non-executive members of the Committee are to be made in writing, signed by two members of the Club and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the form of nomination). Nomination forms can be emailed to members wishing to nominate by contacting the secretary. Nominations can be sent without using the nomination form so long as they are in writing.

All business and nominations are required by midnight Monday, 22 September 2025. (26 days prior to the AGM) is necessary so that the AGM Agenda can be drawn up and circulated to members 21 days prior to the AGM.
